BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 1000 block of Mackey Avenue, being on the northwest line of Mackey Avenue southwest of East Brainerd Road. Lot 2, Stancil Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 41, page 328, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 4709, page 573, ROHC. Tax Map No. 159P-A-3.22. from O-1 Office Zone to C-1 Highway Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 0C 1. Proposed use only; 2. All outdoor lighting shall be directed away from any residential uses fronting along Mackey Avenue; and 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3.
